Luntsi Pro terms of use
In force from 7 October 2026.
1. Parties and product
Luntsi Pro is a WordPress plugin developed by Mainos21 Oy (business ID 2347006-4, Pihkapolku 13, 87500 Kajaani, Finland) that extends the free Luntsi plugin. Pro is sold as an annual licence through the Freemius service. Freemius, Inc. acts as the seller (merchant of record) and is responsible for the payment, VAT and the invoice.
2. Licence
The licence entitles you to use Luntsi Pro on the number of sites the licence states (1, 5 or unlimited). The licence is valid for one year from purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal. The licence can be detached from a site and activated on another on the My account page.
The Luntsi Pro code is licensed under GPLv2 or later. The licence key gives access to updates and support; it does not limit your rights under the GPL.
3. Updates and support
A valid licence includes plugin updates and support by email. Support covers the use of and faults in Luntsi Pro; it does not include building websites or support for other plugins. We usually reply by the next business day at the latest. After the licence ends the plugin keeps working, but updates and support stop.
4. Price and payment
Prices are stated in euros excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to the buyer's country and VAT ID. Payment is made at the Freemius checkout with a card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or PayPal.
5. Cancellation and refunds
If Luntsi Pro doesn't meet your expectations, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Renewal can be cancelled at any time on the My account page; cancellation ends the licence at the end of the current period.
6. Limitation of liability
The plugin is provided as is. Mainos21 is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost sales, or for problems caused by other plugins, themes or the server. Liability is limited to the licence fee paid.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers have the right to refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
